Warning, this pic MIGHT contain airsoft.

Yeah, what's up with this?   Seems way too neat to be anyone on the board.  And a loaded  M2HB?  Come on.

I call BS on the first set. That is definetly a museum of some sort. In one pic you can see an EXIT sign above the door. I dont know anyone who has commercially required singage in their residence. Nice collection for sure, but not an individual

In this pic, what is the sixth weapon down on the left, right below the Garand?
I might be having brain fade but I don't think that I have seen one before.
No doubt about it, there are some beautiful weapons in this thread.

The first couple in that post are a private collection. I have talked to the owner & posted those pics here before. He bought almost all of it pre-86. He was supposed to be doing a website just to show it off but I don't think that ever got past registering the domain.

Awe man, that's all the pictures you got?

Do you not have the one with the suppressed shotguns and revolvers?

I don't have the suppressed shotgun pic.  In fact, I've never seen that one.

I would recommend pouring the concrete and then using construction adhesive to glue the foam insulation against the ceiling of the gunroom (the underside of the concrete). This way, the lag bolts (which carry the cold from the outside down into the warm zone) won't sweat and drip on either the suspended ceiling or your head.

Thanks for the replys on the 7mm FN 49, the front sight was throwing
me off. I kept thinking it was some kind of Enfield even though I was
sure it wasn't. I think I was confusing the FN 49 and the MAS.

All the tags would seem to indicate precisely that... and not too many homes use that kind of drop-ceiling.

ETA:  or have fire sprinklers installed, or have commercial HVAC vents...

True, but then again not too many homes have a lot of what's floating around in this thread.  FWIW I had that exact same ceiling setup in my basement when we bought our house, minus the commercial fire supression / HVAC.

Besides, the Knight photos are personal and not too many people have bar joists in thier houses either.

ETA, you can bet that if I owned that kind of collection I could, and would spring for the fire suppression stuff.
