I don't take credit or debit cards or any electronic payment. Personal checks or USPS MOs. As long as your ad is clear those are your terms, doesn't hurt. Back in'22 or so, when we were flooded with jerkoff newbies wanting to buy one box of ammo mail order, I got the occasional refusal to pay because they didn't read the ad. Other than that, not an issue. I know some others will disagree. And I get exactly zero scammers and chargebacks. Many sellers on GB don't take CC, and they do just fine. If I buy something from GB, I always pay by check anyway, cuz I ain't paying the 3-4% CC surcharge. |
