Homeboy parks right in front of my door. What I assume to be a baby mamma gets out of the passenger side and walks in. Says her name and that she is here to pick up the gun she ordered online. (It's a Taurus G3C, I'm looking right at it, with her name on the receipt.) I tell her I don't have anything with her name, and ask "what gun is it?". She says hold on, picks up her phone and starts texting. I can see the mother fucker through the window pick up his phone and txt her back.

I'm assuming you tell them, you are sorry, but this transfer is denied/refused, then you'll ship the serialed item back to whoever it came from with tracking #, so you can prove you shipped it, then its up to them to get their refund from the seller? Always wondered how that'd work... |

I let them fill out the 4473 then tell them the background check was denied by the ATF. They know what they are doing, and never argue. I then send the info from the 4473 to my contact at the local PD. Eventually someone will ask it to be sent back to from where it came. |
