 My Battlefield Vegas fun time with the L86A1. Too bad I was not allowed to use the bipod for stability but it was fun to shoot. I would have to agree with Bloke On The Range. I did not encountered any jams. Selector Switch was hard to manipulate. But the weight of the rifle and the SUSAT just absorbed the recoil impluse. |

Basically, you are making the rifle steady when using full auto burst or letting loose. Forgot to add. I believe that the Bren model had a rear hold for prone ahooting. |

That’s neat! I’ve never seen one in the U.S. Did you happen to note the importer markings on it? It’s an older one too, before the A2 upgrade by HK. Have you also fired a 24” AUG with LMG/HBAR barrel in full auto? I’m curious as to how they compare. |

I couldn't see the importation markings. But judging the L86, it should be a Nottingham Ordnance factory made L86. It had it the mag release shield so it was a field product improvement A1 before the A2 mods and then retirement. |
