Sbs with 28 barrel and 14 barrel.

If i sell the sg with the 28 bsrrel gan it be a regular sale. Then when they are aproved flor the sbs can i send them the 14" barrel?

I suppose you could remove it from the registry sell it as a normal shotgun. They could file a form 1 and have the 14” barrel (to avoid constructive possession). Seems overly complicated
