What are the differences between a flat and the internal flash suppression designed end caps? Are there any negligble decibel (sound) or other differences? I was thinking the internal design reduces some of the volume. Anyhow, I'm about to buy a couple for my new 36M I got today. I think it comes with a 9mm end cap? Thanks for any real world feedback. I'm sure some of yall already have experience with these. Silencerco $80-90 bucks is too much for an end cap. |

I prefer the flash suppressor endcapsbfoe the higher velocity stuff, less concerned about the pistol calibers. I've got SilencerCo's 36M and 46M with the full array of endcaps. They're a versatile ecosystem. ROCK6 |

I'm going to order the internal flash hider end caps for 556 and 762. It came with a 9mm. How well does the 36M supress with 9mm, and are you using it for 556. I have a Saker 762 that does well with 556. I'll have to get out and try them all. |

I'ved used both the 36M and 46M on handguns (using the Griffin Armament Ez-Lok pistons and muzzle adpaters). They're a little heavy, but functioned just fine. I currently have the 36M on a 20" barreled AR setup as as LMG with FRT and the 46M on a 300BO SBR. I kind of need to flip them, but they're solid suppressors and very versatile. ROCK6 |
