 Anyway, just pre-ordered a Lima six and know nothing about nut sacks. What kind do I need? I assume some are better than others? 100rd belt seems like the right size, but what do I know. Teach me arfcom title edited |

The Trybe tactical ones seem well made but I've never really used them before to know. Once I get this belt fed up and running we'll see how it handles the rigors of ranch life and hog hunting. I'd really like to see what others have come up with for truck bed mounts and receiver hitch mounts. Maybe even a universal mount for SXSs also. Do allot of driving around at night thermal spotting and having some mobile beltfed is going to be awesome, at least in my head it's going to be cool as shit

We have a few different flavors of those baby seat looking gun holders that strap into a SXS'S. I'm also thinking more technical looking bed mount other than running a tripod in the bed. Something where we can shoot from truck bed standing up with a bit of elevation. |

I can get a pic of the gun mount next time I'm up at my ranch. Years ago, I had a flat bed truck with my M60 mounted on an anti-aircraft tripod on the bed. I took a torch and cut three holes in the diamond plate so the tripod legs had something to sit down into. Then I welded a D-Ring to the bed directly below the center of the tripod and used a ratchet strap to hold it down tight. I don't have a pic of it on the truck, but here's one of the assembly down on the ground. Tony  |
