| I may be the weird one but I think the a300 is easier to take apart than the 590 series. It always takes me forever to get a 590 back together.... im more of an 870 guy when it comes to pump guns. |

Famed founding member of the Navy SEALs Chief James Watson had the worlds first Ithaca 12 gauge fitted with a magazine extension and a pistol grip. It was custom built for him by the US Naval Weapons Lab in California. He used it extensively in Viet Nam. He said that if it got packed full of mud all he had to do was swish it around in the nearest canal in Viet Nam and it was good to go. Few guns are as easy to clean and maintain as a pump shotgun. Probably the easiest to disassemble and clean is the Remington 870. |
