Is that a different bridge than what comes on the RNVG now? Is this something that can be retrofitted?

@TNVC

See the above questions! Need more info, please. I had already decided on RNVG’s and this just made me more likely to get them.

Offered as a kit? TNVC exclusive? You guys have someone who will build out with customer’s tubes?

@TNVC when you say “Armasight” do you mean current FLIR/Armasight with USB ports, or the old school Armasight with the proprietary connectors?

Thanks!

Give us a video overview of the PBM please?

I am having a REALLY hard time deciding between the PBM and the new remote-pack RNVG.

PBM @ 28oz, flippy boi's, go halvsies with friends in a pinch.

RNVG @ 20oz, no flippy, no halvsies.

Are flippy boi's and halvsies worth the 8oz? THE STRUGGLE

Awesome!

Am I crazy, or does that feed under the battery hatch?

I like the external power RNVG but a port directly to the side? Was really hoping they would do a better angled port as this is going to be a pain for snag and bump damage.

Is there any batter packs with a 90 degree bend on the power cable?

You can fairly easily change the LEMO power plug on any existing pack to a 90 if you so desire it and have some solder skills.

Attachment Attached File

I built my own 2x AA packs and used both types of adapters. It looks like the orientation on the RNVG places the 90 LEMO connector facing down, so I'm not sure if that would rub or hit the IP Adjustment knob or not.

Hmm interesting, I guess time will tell as to how can get it to work or find something that will work. I’m pretty sure this being the only goggle like that that there will be small demand for a custom angled plug. I like AB stuff but I don’t think they thought that port location through fully.
