I'm a 01 FFL that just sold a 3rd Gen Colt percussion revolver to a guy in CA on gunbroker.  It's a BP so it not on my books but I'm just wondering if I can just ship it to the guys house?  From what I'm reading it appears the CA doesn't recognize these are firearms.

For most places, yes no problem, but some places, like Cali, have their own weird laws.  I know many sellers will not shop BP/muzzleloading guns to Cali.  Beware.
