| Looking for scope recommendations for a Barrett M107A1. Purely a fun gun, mostly shoot ball ammo. On paper at least, it looks like a NX8 4-32 F1 might be a good choice. Talk me out of it, or into something else! |
| What are you going to do with it? I'm a big fan of Nightforce and I'm sure that's a great scope but it's a lot of scope if you are only going to be messing around shooting ball at rocks and dirt piles. I had a NXS 5-25 or something like that on my 99. I still have an old Mark 4 fixed 16 I'm thinking of putting on my 82. |

I have S&B on most of my rifles because my retarded brain likes CW knobs. But Nightforce and Kahles are good options and easily hold up to the recoil impulses of a 50. If you have lots of $$$ burning a hole in your pocket, ZCO is a solid choice. Both my 107 and Accuracy International ELR have S&B 5-25s on them. |
