I’ve got another .308 that’s a sweet host and want this to be light and handy. ETA: my .30 can is TI and limited to 16”. I’d want another hux in 7.62 for this and don’t have an itch to drop the coin on one at the moment.

I've been playing around with my SCAR 17. Prior configuration...  Now with a 13" barrel, MREX rail, RC2 suppressor, and back to the Ugg boot...  I'm mulling over the idea of an Elcan, but I really do like the Razor II 1 - 6. |

The first couple of range trips where a blast and it was perfectly zeroed out the box. I originally went red dot then came the razor but I'm liking ACOGs with a dot more when I shoot. I need to train more with my lpvo's I think. Long story short SCARs have great irons and one of the few modernish I'd run without an optic and not feel under geared. |

When I picked up my 17 I was ringing steel out at 400 with irons. They're very good. Though the VCOG has been great so far also Pic thread Attached File Attached File |
