Are the factory 13” barrels for the 17 still occasionally available or are they discontinued?

Not discontinued to my knowledge. They're few and far between, but they pop up every once in a while.

Like most things FN and SCAR related they seem to be done in batches. They’ll be everywhere, then slowly dry up, then be impossible to find, then everywhere again.

They are still available. I was able to snag one last week via Optics Planet after searching for a couple months.

Darn, I have scoured everywhere and they are unobtainium at the moment.

Optics Planet and a few others were the ones that gave me the impression they may not be available anymore as OP is showing it as discontinued.
