| The OP said best and cheapest, not the easiest that would make it no longer an SBR. Implicit in the question asked is that the buyer wants to keep it as an SBR. Making it no longer an SBR would mean that the buyer would have to engrave it with his personal information. This would suck because it would diminish the value of what was a factory SBR or would just look stupid having double maker's information if it was a Form 1 SBR. Also, if the seller didn't bother to remove it from the registry, it would likely cause issues for the Form 1 approval. Just do the Form 4. It's the cheapest option because it literally costs nothing. It's best because it preserves it as an SBR. |
