I got my 3 SBRs submitted 1/1/26 and approved 1/26/26. Now I submitted another one 1/16 but have not gotten the approval yet. I also purchased suppressor which was submitted 1/16 and I got the Form 4 approved 2/5. I did not get email from ATF but my FFL called to notify me. I was told that there was an issues with ATFs email system. Has any one got email indicating approval as of last week or so? |

I got an approval on 2-9. Was submitted on 1-20. Form 4 for a can. Did 3 SBR from 1’s on 1-31. Nothing approved yet… ETA: Form 4 approval was via email. |

F1 Trusts - I've had approvals from 9 to 60 days this year. Right now my longest pending is 47 days. Side note - Our Patron Goddess of NFA tells me that while 24 month letters are viable, they're slower as each takes more time to pull up the previous item and double check the docs exist.... even worse if the approved item referenced in the letter was itself approved using a 24 month letter... yet another layer of search they have to do before getting to a full submission. I had thought they were using proof of prior approval like a pre-approved status. It turns out they're more like an "I'm annoying and delay my form even more" statement. |
