I know, and you still need a grip and a stock. I already replaced the barrel and trigger, it’s a laser beam now, I figured what the heck, it’ll just get better. The factory stock is just not very comfortable off the tripod for me, no matter what I try and that’s where most my shooting is done. |

Too me, it is better than the factory stock. You are going to loose the 3 round factory mags. The floor plates on those things are a bit thick and does not allow the mag to be seated. Use AICS mags in 5 or 10 rounds. Another thing, the top rail on seeker hand guard may interfere with the scope clearance. I solved that 1/2 risers. I would have to post pic of my setup then you got a good idea what I had done to it. |

I only found out that I needed to raise it another 1/2" becauses the rings I am using are medium height. I did not wanted to change out the rings since I had it zero with the original stock. Getting some cheap 1/2" risers helped cleared the objective with the handguard top rail clearance. So far, with the current configuration. It works for me. I just need to take it to 100 yrds to get a better idea of the grouping and then take it out to 200 yrds later on. |
