Removing spray paint

Morning,

I spray painted a Remington Model 7 with both Rust-oleum and Krylon paints but want to remove the paint. Whats the best way to remove the paint itself and not damage the synthetic stock.

Any recommendations on what to use ?

I used Motsenbocker’s in the past for graffiti removal on all sorts of surfaces. Never had much issue with plastic picnic tables or anything like that. Still have a bottle in the garage for painted parts.

I've used the orange stripper from Walmart, no problems on scopes. It's natural not chemical

I've used Citristrip on ARs with magpul parts. Some comes off easy, other stuff you have to scrub off with brushes. Use in a well ventilated area.

I carry a gun because a cop is too heavy.

Citri Strip

Tooth brush

Power washer

Let the citri Strip sit on the part until the paint starts lifting off and then hit it with a power washer. Use the tooth brush on the more sensitive parts like optics.
