I was thinking of structuring it a little differently but there you go. In this format, you get one person who says, "They're good to go.", and that supplier makes the "good guy" list. A simple approach like that opens the door for being schilled. Also, it doesn't track status over time (businesses can change). I was thinking of a summary thread that would contain links to other threads about each supplier and a link to that supplier's web site. If you want to see if XYZ is a reputable supplier, open the summary, click the link to XYZ, look at the poll results and read the reviews. Each supplier thread would have a poll whereby buyers can rate the supplier with a single click. Buyers can also add text replies to supplier thread in case that is warranted. The later reviews are probably important because "businesses can change". When you add a new supplier to the sticky thread, their detailed thread show up on Page 1 of the Reloading Forum and people will be prompted to review & comment. When the detailed thread leaves page 1, you can always reach it via the sticky thread. The overall content would NOT include or conflict with the "Where to Find..." thread, as it is not intended as a sales thread. This format is not unlike the existing sticky thread of "Reloading References". Oh well, you can do it your way. |

I have never been scammed whilst buying reloading supplies. However......... The boxing of the goods that were shipped is inconsistent with a few of them. Powder and primers is always a very well packaged box. (Good idea right  )Projectiles are a different story. |
