Just like the title says, I'm looking for a 3 lug compatible 45 can for an HK UMP in 45 ACP. It will have an FRT, so durability is important. It's 3 lug only, no threads or flange. I've seen old recommendations for the Rugged Obsidian, but then all I hear about is baffle and end cap strikes these days. Is there anything else people would recommend? |

First of all, are you aware that there are at least two different .45 3 lug dimensions out there? I don't have one of those so can't give you any feedback. Just repeating what I was told. BoE is coming out with the Incolite 45M soon. Being made from Incolite, FA / FRT / SS should be no problem. I typically don't like non-serviceable cans but want to pick one up for use on my UZI in .45 as well as for a tucked integral SD setup with my CMMG RDB in .45. | Amphibian- thanks for the info on the different 3 lug designs. Mine happens to be an MP5/9mm style which gives me more options. There are several cans mentioned here I haven’t heard of, so I appreciate the feedback, it's given me ideas I wouldn't have found myself. If anyone else has any other recommendations please feel free to share! |

Are you saying that your .45 UMP barrel has a 3 lug that is dimensionally the same as a 9mm 3 lug? I didn't that existed as the wall thickness would be too small. |

I have one of these laying around in 5/8-24: https://kawvalleyprecision.com/product/kvp-hk-3-lug-suppressor-adapter/  The ID is .467 while we know .45 is .451 so cutting it pretty close. |
