I just grabbed a cheap Vero marked RAS- only issue is the lower rail is missing the heat shield- anyone seen these around by themselves- and is there even a way to re-attach it? The rail itself is in decent shape.

The heatshield is secured with those 4 rivets that are protruding from the inside of the lower portion of the Handguard.

Not sure if those heat shields are available seperate.

May be easier to find a lower Handguard with an intact heatshield.
