| I recently ordered a lower on Gunbroker and the seller shipped via USPS. The box arrived at my dealer with no adult signature required. I would have assumed that if a dealer is shipping a firearm that an adult signature would be required. |

No federal law, ATF or USPS regulation requires a signature on delivery when shipped between dealers, importers or manufacturers. USPS recommends it. Currently, USPS prohibits nonlicensees from shipping anything other than rifles or shotguns. This will change soon. 43 Firearms IMO, any FFL that ships a firearm without Adult Signature is either cheap or a fool. My dealer insurance requires I ship with Adult Sig on every package. |

I'm a home based dealer. I can't tell you how many times FedEx has left guns on my front porch that required signature. |
