Still needs some work. It's almost all SDS gear on the vest. MOLLE II FLC set up like a chest rig. 2x 3 mag shingles 1x GP/Canteen pouch 1x Frag pouch, I keep my gloves in it. 2x HSGI pistol mag pouches Going to get a fold up dump pouch from TT & mount it on the front right side of the vest, Probably 2 more pistol mag pouches. Also considering a radio pouch but I need to do some homework so I buy a good one. My rifle, Still needs a sling & stubby VFG. USMC pistol belt 1x ALICE Pistol mag pouch 1x Double M4 pouch from SDS 1x ALICE SAW pouch, Currently using it as a dump pouch. 1x 1-Qt Canteen 1x HSGI Drop leg, Has my M1911 in it. Going to get a single rifle mag pouch with some PALS on the front, Then mount some pistol mag pouches to it. This should take up a lot less room & still give me what I need. Going to ditch the SAW pouch & replace with an IFAK. Also probably going to ditch the drop leg & go with a belt mounted holster. Feel free to critique. |

Here's my current setup. The vest and the pouches are all made by Condor, except the alice M16 magazine pouch and surplus canteen and canteen pouch. Holster in Blackhawk Serpa (for Beretta 92) and hydration bladder is 0,75l Source Kangaroo. This set is for competition shooting and therefore maybe not 100% field ready, but it works for me. 1st line: 1 Alice pistol belt 1 dump pouch 1 M16 3 AR mag pouch 1 Spurplus canteen 1 double pistol mag pouch for a multitool and a flashlight. 1 Blackhawk Serpa holster 2nd line: 1 Condor Hydration vest 1 Condor Rip-away EMT pouch 1 Condor EMT pouch that work as a universal pouch to hold pencils, memo, spare batteries etc. 2 Condor double AR mag pouch 1 Condor shotgun shell pouch for 12 shotgun shells 1 Condor open top fast draw mag pouch for 2 AR mags 2 Condor double pistol mag pouch that hold 2 17rnd mags and 2 20rnd mags 1 Condor iTouch pouch for my cellphone |

Well, here is my current loadout.
As you can probably tell, there are tremendous holes and missing pieces to my gear. One big thing I would like to point out is that the mp5/glock 33rd magazine pouch is going to be replaced by more PS90 magazine pouches. I only put them on there today to take pictures and give you an idea as to where everything will go. So those 3 pouches will be replaced as soon as my other pouches get here this week hopefully. I also need to add more pouches to my vest, it is very empty right now and that will change with an admin pouch, dump pouch, pistol mag pouches, and a few others. The Seal Pup knife will also be moved down to my thigh rig. I'll also be receiving an ATS War Belt soon too. Although, I do like a "light" set up. It's a little embarrassing and I feel I have to explain that it's not permanent. I'm not even sure what the brand is but I ordered it from a website called specopstactical.com because it resembled the Eagle all molle chest rig the most. I really would like to purchase the Eagle Chest Rig but I wasn't sure I'd like that style compared to a full vest. So I ordered this one because of the price. I was very surprised to find out that not only do I like this style chest rig but the quality of it is pretty awesome actually. The quality of the material and stitching is almost identical to my 5.11 VTAC LBE Tactical Vest. I do, however, realize that it will not be my primary rig. I am happy that I purchased it though. I found out that I like the smaller rig better than my 5.11 vest and I have something to train with for now. Since the pouches would be set up exactly the same on the Eagle one. So I'm going to use this vest for light training and trips to the range once I receive my Eagle rig. |

You oughta think about getting an FN 57, the idea of only having to buy one caliber for both weapons is appealing to me. |

Absolutely. Even though I would be happier if I had the Eagle rig right now, I wouldn't feel under armed with this vest if shtf right now. And if it takes me a while to get the other rig, I'll at least have the current one.
I couldn't agree more about the FiveseveN also. I wanted to buy my PS90 and my wife a 9mm AR first so it's next on my list. I'm a big fan of the 5.7x28. |

Here's my humble contribution. Ammo pouches came from www.TacticalTailor.com , the vest is a 5.11 VTAC, and the little pouch in the front is from Blackhawk and it holds my binoculars.

Are the Oakley boots comfortable and durable? I seem to wear out the arch part of my boots and I can't figure out why. Comfortable: Yes. Durable? I've seen some last a month, and others about 8. For your arches (someone help me out) there is an insert that you put in the oven then step on it so if forms to your foot then hardens providing great support. I had a pair but they have vanished.
