Just got approved on an Omega 300 bought on 3/19 and approved today, 3/25. Through SS. At the store it got processed so fast that I didn't get the One Shot Trust purchased so it went through as an individual. On week 6 of two trust suppressors and one Form 1 trust SBR lower.

Just got approved today: - OCL 22 Ti: 2/12 approved on 3/31/26 - YHM Turbo 3: 2/19 and approved on 3/31/26 Both are Form 4 on single shot trusts. I have a Form 1 I did through SS on a single shot trust on 2/13 that still has not been approved yet. |

F4 Trust. Efile. Submitted 1/27. Approved 2/9. BATFE email sent to dealer on 3/29 with approved F4 and the stamp. From 2/9 to 3/29, no comms whatsoever from BATFE to me nor the dealer. Dealer showed me the email on 3/29. No idea what happened, but at least I have the can now. |

Dead Air Sandman X purchased through Cabelas (I had gift certificates and points), fulfilled by Silencer Central F4 Individual. Efile with EFT digital prints Submitted 3/30. 1:20pm Approved 3/31. ATF sent me an email with PDF of applicataion with stamp on 3/13 at 2:16pm Approval took 25 hours 56 minutes. |

Resubmit. Send an explanation of the wrongful disapproval and both Control numbers to [email protected]. Set your expectations low, like really low. Be prepared to wait the full time again. Be pleasantly surprised if you don’t have to wait the full time again. Did I mention you should set your expectations really low? |

They’re transferring an already manufactured, registered, and verified item that’s already in the SOT’s inventory. Far easier to automate with little to no human involvement needed. Form 1s require research by humans. |
