I found a couple of these direct mount quadrant sights. Basically an aluminum block with a couple of holes in it. The quadrant sight was modified with a cutout to allow access to the screw. They only mount in the one location. They are compatible with the RIS and RAS. Prototype SOPMOD? Attached File Attached File Attached File |

Looks great! You can always chase the best settings to get nicer prints, but I've used ones a lot worse, successfully. In the end they all go down range. I am tweaking the file a little bit to try to get it to print a little smoother. But its not necessary, just an idea i had on the John the other day. The smokeV7 file is gonna be on V8 soon. So stay tuned for that |

Not the best picture, however I did get the launcher mounted. I had to swap in a KAC barrel stop as the P&S that came with this rail was too big. Luckily I bought two of the KAC's. The upper is an FN A4 I bought from OOW years ago, complete with USMC KAC rear sight. The leaf sight is KAC as well - happened across that at a local surplus store, and got it and a bunch of other M203 stuff for $120 total. I need to swap the front swivel for one of the side facing ones (hence the zip tie.) Attached File |
