I had four recent approval as the NFA branch did a "clean sweep" of all my pending applications, regardless of pending date.
All were Form 4s as an individual. Three of them were from my dealer: --------------------------------- MP40 (MG) Mailed: 11/19/2018 Pending: 11/29/2018 Approved: 9/3/2019 Stamp Received: 9/10/2019 --------------------------------- Silencerco Chimera (Suppresor) Mailed: 5/14/2018 Pending: 5/21/2019 Approved: 9/3/2019 Stamp Received: 9/10/2019 --------------------------------- Brügger & Thomet APC9-SD "MP5-SD" (Suppresor) Mailed: 5/14/2018 Pending: 5/21/2019 Approved: 9/3/2019 Stamp Received: 9/10/2019 --------------------------------- The last one was an individual to individual in State Form 4 --------------------------------- FAL (MG) Mailed: 1/7/2018 Pending: 1/15/2019 Approved: 9/3/2019 Stamp Received: Never.... Original paperwork was never received/lost in the mail. I submitted for a certified copy at 30 days from the approval date. Certified copy showed up at my residence in ~ 1 week and I went and picked up the gun last night. --------------------------------- Longest was 295 days mailbox to mailbox. The fastest was 119 days mailbox to mailbox. Feels a bit weird as this is the first time in memory (probably the better part of a decade) where I have not had at least one application pending. |

I picked my Turbo K up today, a full year ahead of when I was expecting it. Form 4 individual. Check cashed 07/09/19 Approved 09/14/19 Forms received and can picked up 09/20/19 This is my fastest Form 4 approval since 2006. Meanwhile, my Nomad purchased a month earlier has not been approved. I had not called the NFA on either, just figured it would be sometime in late 2020 or 2021. I scored a salted caramel malt in celebration and I plan on shooting the shit out of it tomorrow
