Trust paper form 4, suppressor. Curtis Tactical CT9KS. Purchased end of June 2020. Production and form 3 to local dealer took till end of Sept 2020. Myself and my trustees docusigned the Silencershop form 4 early Oct 2020. Thought we were good there, and the waiting commenced. January 2021, called the ATF to check status, and they had no record. Contacted the FFL to see what the deal was, and found out that their NFA guy had died in Oct, and my can had slipped through the cracks. After several phone calls and hassling, the form 4 was docusigned again on 1 Mar 20201. The ATF showed it as pending as of 12 Mar 2021. Finally picked it up from the FFL today. What a wait! |
