I recently picked up a used PS90 and want to improve the stock appearance.  What seems to work best for cleaning or sprucing it up?  Doesn't seem to be much on the interweb about it.  Thanks.

The same as every other bare plastic thing in the world.  Soapy water and a wash cloth.

You can use oils like linseed, WD-40, and plain ol' gun oil to temporarily spruce up some plastic.  But they can't undo damage from age and UV exposure.
