| Where is the best source of truth regarding what type of structure can own a suppressor in WI? |

@sendit14 Hi from WI. Any structure can own a suppressor in WI. However, it requires paperwork here; we can’t do the over-the-counter sales which (might?) work elsewhere in the USA due to the way WI statutes are worded. Same for SBRs and SBSes. |

Follow-up ... under current law, is it possible for someone who lives outside WI to setup some structure (trust, business) and purchase / possess inside that structure? |

I’m going to assume you’re in Illinois, as all other states around WI allow suppressors. Whenever someone is buying direct across state lines, the laws of both states come into play against the purchaser. I don’t know if IL law would allow this, even assuming you had a safe deposit box or other way to secure the can up here. |
