Commercial version of the Taiwanese T91 service rifle. They came in 12.5", 14" and 16" versions...previous owner cut this one to 10.5". Not sure if it's considered a "non-AR" or not...different operating system, but compatible with AR lowers and some shared upper/bcg parts.
