I’ve also read all the back and forth over the years about suppressed SCARs eating carriers and other parts.  This gun will be suppressed, but I picked up a CAT ODB (flow-through) in the hopes that should mitigate most/all of the backpressure/parts longevity concerns.  Is this something I should still be concerned with even when using a flow-through style can?  

In the same vein, should I be looking at swapping out gas jets or playing with the gas system (whether I chop the barrel or not) since I will be using a flow-through can?  My hope was to avoid having to monkey around with that stuff if I didn’t have to.

Lastly, any “must have” parts/improvements for the platform?  Seems like FN has ironed out some of the earlier complaints but I honestly haven’t paid a ton of attention to the platform as of late until recently.
