With outgoing President Joe Biden declaring an annual National holiday in honoring the late former President Jimmy Carter, does anyone know if the federal NICS handgun hot line is going to be operational tomorrow? I have a handgun I would like to pick up but I don't want to make a two hour drive to the LGS that is holding it for me if I can't complete the transaction. Gary |
