Just wondering if there's any confirmation on what compatibility issues there may be with the new cans and long tine mams?

I've only seen 1 person with first hand experience and iirc, the PRG (full size) would NOT fit on a long tine mams but the CQB PRT would fit.

Can anyone confirm this?

Any issues with the later gen non long tine?

I have heard/seen the same. With a long tine MAMS, the CRS-PRG is a no-go, but the CQB works. And there is no issue with any model with the short tine MAMS.
