Hello, I inherited this from a friend in 2017. I'm trying to figure out what I have per say. I believe it is a metric FAL built on a imbel receiver from an Austrian Parts kit. My buddy built him himself years ago. I have fired it many times and it runs well. The rifle complete is probably $1400 or a little more. This is one of the more desirable parts kits. The mags are $30-40 each. This! Except if I were selling it as a package I’d price the magazines at $40-$50 each. That’s an awesome example of a standard FAL, no bells and whistles, just standard FAL. Love the pictures too! I built a couple just like it back when parts kits and receivers were cheap. You could build something like that for around $650 if you had the right tools. Only down side to that is the handguards got seriously hot when dumping a couple hundred rounds through it quickly. Of course that was when surplus ammo was cheap too. |
