Next week, it may change, at least for suppressors, SBRs and SBSs. Also, there may be state laws that remain in effect. |

As far as I'm concerned the NFA still exists. However SBR's, SBS's, AOW's, suppressors the tax dropped from $200 or $5 to $0 tax. Since then I did a bunch of Form 1 SBR's for $0 bucks. Still waiting on one approval. Now this judge recently ruled the NFA items that have $0 tax are no longer constitutional since the only reason the NFA was allowed was because it's a Tax. Of course machine guns and DD's still have the $200 tax, so they will remain under the NFA. Waiting to see if the government will repeal So not in effect yet. If they don't repeal within 7 days we could see SBR's, SBS's, AOW's, suppressors become title 1 firearms. Buy them and a quick form 4473 and background check and take it home the same day most the time. |
