I mean, I'm not an idiot!  

And yea, I do like splinter camo.  This is going on one of the medium ALICE packs I did that was in splinter - and matched with one of my belt kits, also in splinter.  I gotta say it's a good looking combo.  

Hopefully pics get posted here of the full setup.

Modernized and enlarged Canadian Pattern 64.

Nice thing is that it has more frame compatibility, what with the no frame sleeve.

Yea, it looked interesting.  If it didn't have laser cut stuff, I'd be interested in trying one.

It's (way down towards the bottom) on my list to try my hand at something like that.  I had been looking at the Canadian packs while doing research for the Medium ALICE project.  

There are pros and cons to each approach (pack on top or bottom of frame).  I want to eventually try the other way of doing it.
