I have several rifle cans that I'm thinking about moving to plan B. I currently have a Turbo T3, YHM R2 and Aero Lahar30k, all with YHM's phantom QD system. I'm thinking about movning to Plan B due to greater availability of muzzle devices and I like that they're a bit lighter. I'm mostly running them on 11.5-12.5" SBRs, but also some 16" guns as well as a few bolt guns. I'll need three hub mounts and several muzzle devices. (I've favored flash hiders in the past so they don't need to be timed) If you had to start over, what would you buy? Am I making a mistake? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks! |

I personally like the Zilch mount for plan B stuff. https://diligentdefense.com/product/zilch-hub-adapter/ Or the Ecco machine Titanium ones are good also. https://www.eccomachine.net/product/cherry-bomb-adapter/ The wrench flats on the Zilch adapter are a lot nicer for install than the spanner wrench ones in my opinion but either adapter is nice. I think your on the right track. I'm starting to really like the Comstock Armory stuff for plan B. Has hub adapters ranging from extended to recessed. As well as recessed muzzle devices. Also has a fitment tool. He doesn't sell direct from his site, but has links to retailers who have the device your looking at on that product page. |

Hansohn Brothers sells some comstock armory parts and has a few plan-b parts they make. I have a few Hansohn and a few Comstock armory full size A1 flash suppressors for plan-b. Both are fine. I much prefer the look of a small birdcage or brake even if it does add a minimal amount of weight. Just FYI for anyone thinking they want the smallest mount possible. That tend to look a bit funky in some cases (IMO).  |

My first can was a YHM Resonator R2 that came with the Phantom muzzle device. I've just stayed with YHM because it works, even if it's a little ugly and heavy. Let me know if you want to get rid of your YHM stuff at a reasonably low price. |

Just got my first Plan B stuff. Ordered the Zilch and some Comstock muzzle devices from Hansohn Bros to move an Omega 300 around. Now I want to replace all my old heavy Trifecta mounts and convert my Saker to Plan B. I should probably resist the urge and just get more cans. |
Get both is the answer.
