I have a Burris FlastFlight III, older one that I acquired new in the box. It has a thumb screw where I can mount it directly to a picatinny or Weaver rail. Instead of putting a 1-piece long rail, that takes four screws, I'd rather use one half of a 2-piece set... most likely at the rear most position. Anyone happen to know what the spacing happens to be? What screw size etc? I'm away from home right now and can't measure... maybe someone who has a factory drilled 500A can check for me. Maybe a "universal" short 2-screw 1-piece will work? |

Here is another option for what you have. I have a couple of these mounts for RMR, good quality. FF3 mount for Mossberg. |

Thanks... in the event the rail I have coming has the dot a little too high, this is the alternate plan. Had I known of this It would have been my first choice, not sure how I missed it in m searches. |
