I don't think the Magpul shotgun stocks work w/ the 930s due to the recoil spring assembly in the stock Mesa Tactical & Choate both make a pistol grip stock, the Mesa is slightly shorter than the factory stock The new Mossberg 990SPX can take magpul stocks, they're even selling a factory SBS now  https://www.mossberg.com/990-spx-magpul-class-3-83014.html |

Yea pistol grip stocks on mossbergs do not play well with the safety. I have a 930SPX. I prefer the mossberg raised comb stock. It raises the comb and put it more parallel with the sights. I bought a slug barrel 930 and it came with the raised comb stock and I noticed it was significantly more comfortable to shoot, and also, It did not punch me in the cheek bone like my standard 930 stock did. I swapped my 930SPX over to the raised comb stock and it shoots so much better. My face is lined up with the sights, I get a good cheek weld, and no longer get punched in the cheek bone.
