Can anyone tell me what the 1/00 marking on a Manson reamer means?

AI says it’s a manufacture date.

Found a deal on one, but not sure if it’s standard or custom.

6.5-.284 for reference.

Thr reamer was made in January of 2000.
Dave has retired.
