Went over to my local guy today to have him remove the factory flash hider on my scar 20S. I installed one of the Ca762ssal/re flash hiders he's selling, he also just so happen to have one of the KBA scar shoulder ring. Worked like a charm and looks really good on the gun! (Sorry for the shitty photo) Now to wait for the scope and mount to come in.

For the people wondering how similar the 20S barrel is to the 20” 17S, here’s the barrel from mine. Definitely a different beast. It measures 0.79” in front of the gas block, 0.668” after the muzzle step down, and 0.863” behind the gas block. Right hand threads are cut into barrel almost the entire length from the chamber to the gas block, supporting that massive barrel nut (or maybe jam nut). And of course, the larger six screw barrel extension.
