Fellas, who are THE builders these days for legit accurized M25 Sniper rifles?

I've lusted over one since I was a kid seeing them in media, finally thinking of pulling the trigger on one. I understand the M14 platform is very finicky when it comes to accurizing, so I'd rather spend the extra money on someone who will do it right.
