Thr upper looks like the normal M107. It doesn't have the front barrel bushing and barrel stop screed that retain both pieces. It is a regular M107 with a few of the titanium parts of the 107A1 with a nickel boron coated carrier. |
I hated going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me and say "You're next". They stopped that when I started doing it to them at funerals.

The aluminum extruded upper is able to be manufactured straighter as opposed to the 4140 upper with all the welding that has to be done to it. Fired a lot of them and the steel recievered uppers. Couldn't tell a bit of difference recoil wise. I would like to have the M107A1 style rifle. The barrel stop and front barrel bushing is able to held much more in line as to the welded 4140 reciever. |
