Last Sunday my buddy brought out my favorite rifle of his. A Belgium FN FAL in beautiful shape. He had a canvas Garand asking on it currently but mentioned he would love to have an authentic sling instead. He also admitted he really liked the looks of the British boys carrying theirs in the over the shoulder patrol style. While not authentic too a metric rifle isn't that just a BREN gun sling, which is linge than and Enfield bolt gun sling? I think this is the one he'd rather have though. Just listening to the way he talked. Sure was a fun couple of hours blasting away with a beauty.
