If you've ever wanted a FAS1 safe now is the time to buy one I received an email (text copy below) indicating that the owners health is at a point where they are going to sell off remaining inventory and cease production. Sad news. I personally own 2 of the older models that have been trouble free for many years. Glenn, If you happen to see this- keep your head up - Thank you text from received email ""I know it's been a while since I have sent any updates regarding FAS1 Safe, but I had a cancer diagnosis in June of 2020 at the start of the Covid Pandemic and had to focus more on my health over the last three years. First, I want to thank all my customers for all the support over the last fourteen plus years. Also, thanks to all the recent customers that have been so understanding with supplier delays and me just working at a slower pace to fill orders. Due to recent developments regarding my cancer, I have to end FAS1 Safe production and concentrate on selling the remaining inventory that is currently on hand. Please check the website for availability and it will change a little as the safes are assembled, so check back if something shows on backorder. All inventory should sell out in the next couple of weeks, so don't wait too long if you want to purchase one. They make a great Fathers Day gift too! Looks like FAS1 isn't dead. I sent them a message asking if they have any remaining stock, and I got this reply: " Glenn is an old family friend of mine, and I have taken the company, and plan to run it the same manner that it has been for 14 years. Same quality, same respect for the customer, and same hard work ethic. We are still playing catch-up but filling orders as fast as we can. Thank you Rob Fas1safe" |
