Have you not seen the price difference?

KAC has also said it's much more expensive to make, and some customers had precision issues with the MAMS.

Brakes were designed to be used with the 762 PRG suppressors.

The brake's performance unsuppressed is also in my opinion better. MAMs is a cool piece to say you own one as well though.
