| When it’s closed, there’s an 1/8” or so of play/slop between the door and frame. Meaning I can push the door back and forth and it moves about 1/8” where the locking bolts come out. I was always under the impression that vault doors were a really tight fit when it comes to the door and surrounding metal frame. We installed the door without removing it from the metal frame it came with and everything is level front to back post install, so I’m not sure if that small amount of play/slop is not normal. |
