I know nothing of this vendor, but my general rule of thumb is, if I can't get you on the phone, I'm not buying from you. I don't care if they answer emails or anything else, if they don't have a phone, and if they don't answer it, I don't buy. You aren't in business if you don't have a phone. I don't know what you're looking to buy, but whatever it is, you can very likely find the same thing, or something similar somewhere else. |
