Pretty sure I know the answer but wanted to drop a line here as well since I don't really deal with it outside of Eforms. I have my FFL/SOT as a sole proprietor. I do a small amount of transfers and has always been dealer to individual eform 4s. I'm buying an Daniel Defense ISR from a non -licensed friend. So we have to do a paper form 4. I don't need to send in a fingerprint card and photo with the Form 4 correct? Thanks for any insight. |

You put your FFL/SOT info on the form as the transferee. |
