I am looking to put together IFAK's for all of my kids using this kit. https://www.narescue.com/kit-stb-advanced-celox-vac-may-2026.html I'm looking for recommendations on pouches that can either be put on a battle belt, chest rig or plate carrier. |

I keep some bleeding control stuff on my belt but have moved to using a fanny pack for my primary IFAK. I like the ability to toss it in the car and have it available wherever I go. Much more likely to be used when you're not in full battle rattle anyway. Not exactly what you're asking for, but may be something to consider. The Spiritus Big Fanny Sack is great for that purpose, especially with their med sled insert.

STOMP This is pretty nice. I wonder how good their pricing on medical supplies would be. Any type of ass satchel or dangler would work well to carry around. The ATS insert for double mag pouches goes in anything and can be tucked away until needed. |

I really like my HSGI IFAK that I mount at the back of my belt. I like what has been posted already too. If you’re using FSA/HSA money then just buy a pouch kit directly from NAR. If you’re not going to mount it to Molle then you can save quite a bit of space just getting a cheap nylon pouch - I like Mystery Ranch or Mountain Laurel Designs dyneema ones for light weight. |

Triple mag pouch + insert (tactical tailor in my case), then the TQ carrier of choice is my current preference. I also have DARK ifak pouches on some kit, and a BFG micro kit on a belt (too small for your components). Chinook Medical also has a decent looking pouch and insert, but it is pricey and I dont have 1st hand experience with it. |

And pre-made IFAK's with pouches count. If you have FSA / HSA money, this is the way to go. You can swap the same pack for any rig you are wearing. Plenty of budget options out there. Heck Thrift stores sometimes have them for a buck or two. And the mag pouch insert advice too. You can pull the IFAK out of the fanny pack and put it in a dedicated IFAK pouch, a dangler, triple mag pouch, etc. ATS, Tactical Tailor, Varusteleka, (as well as myself) all make good inserts. Each has slightly different elastic layouts and such, all are similar in quality and use. |

I’ve been using Crossfire’s triple deuce and tamale insert. Fits a pretty well-stuffed insert, along with a self-adhering gauze wrap. ATS has a more organized med insert for double M4 mag pouches, that should work. Heard several good things about Flatline’s pimp pouch for the back of a belt. |

You can get a tourniquet under the flap and secure it to the flap with some bungie. Agreed. It's a touch smaller than a HSGI Blowout pouch. |

It does have the two holes I figured that was what it for. Funny, I have the HSGI Ifak too. Haven't attached any one of them to anything.
