Hey guys, I think I already know the answer but just looking for confirmation from someone who has been through the same thing. I let my FFL expire and mailed in the 4473's I had as was requested. I'm looking to re-obtain my license again now that I've gotten back healthy. My question is do I have to go through the entire application process again? There has been a name change of my business, as my last LLC has been dissolved. I'm thinking I do, but again just looking for confirmation. Thanks in advance. Cheers. |

Lol I'm not sure what you mean by that, it's just something I happen to remember about the FFL application when I reapplied after letting it lapse. Mine was a C&R FFL, so not 100% exactly the same. Your old FFL number is invalid, it won't be on the EZ-FFL site anymore, to get a new one you have to go through the gauntlet all over again. |
